Ideally you will have a strong history of working autonomously, great people skills and a focus on leading and growing an existing team of Sales Consultants.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant training in negotiation or sales skills (highly regarded)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to motivate a team and lead them toward achieving their goals
- Experience in managing and guiding change
- A passion for superior level of customer service
- The ability to follow sales processes
- Previous experience using Era or similar will be highly regarded
- Double open and double close deals
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales volumes and profit
- Taking a hands on approach in supporting sales consultants to meet their targets
- Assistance with selection of trading stock and managing stock levels
- Working closely with other departments (ie F&I & Aftermarket) to maximise overall profitability
- Training and developing your team with the ultimate aim of providing superior level of customer service and ensuring an efficient prospecting/follow up process is followed
- Working with the sales leadership group to achieve sales targets
