About the role


Due to exponential growth, we are looking seeking a motivated and positive team member to join our team in the Vic Park office on an 8:6 roster (Wed-Wed).

- Full time position within a high performing team

  • Immediate start, with a competitive salary

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Coordinate and schedule all bookings for Labour and Cranes, Transport and Specialised
  • Equipment across all project, shutdown and maintenance works
  • Maintain rosters for all full time and casual bluecollar employees across various sites
  • Lead and coordinate personnel and equipment plans for major shutdowns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain new and existing project plans
  • Provide advice, direction, and support to mobilisation staff for all maintenance, shutdown, and project work scopes
  • Assist with personnel and equipment forecasting
  • Work with various teams to improve and develop new systems and processes
  • Provide technical support to internal recruitment staff for all bluecollar roles
  • Liaise with maintenance department for weekly repairs, servicing and breakdown planning

  • Experience within the crane & transport industry, highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Cando attitude, willingness to work well within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving ability with a solution focused mindset
  • Experience with all MS Office programs and scheduling software
