Description

As a Water Cart Driver at our waste management site, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of water within the facility.

Your primary duty will be to support waste management operations by controlling dust and maintaining optimal site conditions.

Description

Operate water carts and sprinkle water on dusty areas to suppress dust emissions.
Ensure that all roadways, work areas, and waste disposal sites are adequately watered to prevent dust dispersion.
Work closely with the waste management team to coordinate water delivery schedules.
Conduct routine inspections of the water cart to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Assist in general site maintenance and contribute to a safe working environment.
Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately

Profile

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in operating water carts or similar heavy machinery is preferred.
Knowledge of waste management practices and environmental regulations is a plus.
Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to adhere to strict safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in outdoor conditions and varying weather.
