Helpdesk Coordination- Ticket Management

Helpdesk Coordinator with solid ticket management, allocation & procedures experience as well as a background with different IT requests and ticket resolution experience needed for a 6-month contract role in the CBD for a large mining firm.
$Day Rate (Negotiable dependent on experience)
6 Months Contract (Strong potential to go permanent at the end or extend)
Perth CBD
The client is a large well known mining firm who are looking to compete with the tier ones in the next few years due to large growth.
For this role, they require a helpdesk coordinator who has managed ticket allocation and procedures as well as having a strong background in ticket resolution so there will be requirements to support internal staff members.
There will be no man management, so this is not a helpdesk manager role, this is more focused on making sure tickets go to where they need to and help ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk.
Any experience within the resource industry would be a large benefit as there are specific resource industry systems in place.
