STORE MANAGER - BIRKENHEAD POINT:

YOUR MISSION:
Can you provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's?
The ability to develop the team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards?
Do you achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts?
Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards
Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner
Are you flexible to continue working nontraditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; and overtime if necessary?

YOUR TALENT:

Strong passion and understanding of our PUMA brand
Experience in a customer focused and serviceoriented retail environment with proven results driven track record
Strong leadership and ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals
Ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates as well as teams
Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication
Ability to present information to large groups
Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, organizational and time management skills.
