The role

Reporting to the Executive Director, MHAODB, the Director, Better Care Together Program Management Office (PMO) provides strategic leadership and direction to coordinate the implementation of and to monitor and report progress of Better Care Together (a plan for Queensland's state-funded mental health alcohol and other drug services to BCT).

The position supports the Executive Director who is leading the implementation.


Furthermore, in this role you will provide strategic leadership and management of the BCT implementation process and lead the BCT PMO including working with HHS and other stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation of BCT initiatives and to monitor and report on progress.

The successful person


In addition to this, you will have the proven ability to communicate with influence, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to cultivate productive working relationships and networks.
