- Can independently execute on high-level game vision to cover new requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as a senior/ lead concept artist and need to understand the concept artist's role in the game development process.
- A solid foundation of art fundamentals regarding color, form, and light.
- With experience overseeing the quality, scheduling, and implementation of a large portion of the conceptual development on an art team.
- Good understanding of 3D art pipelines, and technical constraints related to different game engines.
- Good understanding of human and creature anatomy and know how to generalize and refine realistic structures to meet production needs.
- Strong leadership, team, and people management skills
- Exceptional ability to master the art styles of various major games.
