To be successful, you must:

Have completed a Certificate III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childcare course
Have a genuine love and passion for providing the best child care possible
Have excellent communication skills with the children, parents and staff members
Hold a valid WWCC and first aid Cert (or willing to obtain)
