Description
Develop, integrate, maintain, update, and control the project schedule as per the guidelines and best practices.

  • Review the contractor's schedules and progress updates, analyse the delays, and report the schedule related issues.
  • Establish standardised methods, tools, and techniques to ensure that the projects and programs are able to provide schedules, resources and dependency data in a consistent and efficient manner.
  • Provide an integrated resource modelling, forecasting, and planning for projects throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Attend the project meetings, prepare weekly and monthly reports of the projects. Provide inputs to the overall integrated program reports.
  • Update and maintain the risk register for the projects. Work with internal and external teams to update the risk actions.
  • Must be competent in using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, and MS Projects
  • Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven communication skills, experience in external and internal stakeholder management.
  • Sound understanding of project management practices.
