Project Scheduler - Perth, Australia - TradeConnex
Description
Develop, integrate, maintain, update, and control the project schedule as per the guidelines and best practices.- Review the contractor's schedules and progress updates, analyse the delays, and report the schedule related issues.
- Establish standardised methods, tools, and techniques to ensure that the projects and programs are able to provide schedules, resources and dependency data in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Provide an integrated resource modelling, forecasting, and planning for projects throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Attend the project meetings, prepare weekly and monthly reports of the projects. Provide inputs to the overall integrated program reports.
- Update and maintain the risk register for the projects. Work with internal and external teams to update the risk actions.
- Must be competent in using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, and MS Projects
- Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven communication skills, experience in external and internal stakeholder management.
- Sound understanding of project management practices.
