Not an ordinary Support Analyst role
This role is unlike an ordinary Support Analyst role. You'll be involved in security, pen-testing, DevOps, automation, CI/CD pipelines and even some technical architecture.


With a cloud-first policy at an enterprise level, you will work with emerging Web3 tech, including DLT, blockchain and Smart Contracts, with this stable and forward-thinking financial services organisation.


Comprehensive induction to embed you into the team properly

Over a six-week comprehensive induction program, you will work closely with the manager and the other four team members and benefit from knowledge sharing and team bonding.

You will learn the 20 induction modules that cover every aspect of the team's function, responsibility, technology, process and documentation.

What do you need?

  • 35 years experience in an enterpriseclass organisation.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong Linux skills.
  • IaaS automation skills, preferably IBM Terraform.
  • Cloud experience, preferably AWS, but GCP or Azure are OK.
  • Strong background in ITSM, preferably with ServiceNow experience
  • Monitoring, logging, health checks
