Our client is a major tier 2 builder which turns over north of $400m+ annually. They currently have six major projects in and around Melbourne currently.

They specialise in commercial, apartment, health and hotel projects up to $150M in value.

One of their mid-value apartment projects $100M on the edge of the CBD is at the fiishes stages and they need some extra fire power to assist and are now in the market for a dynamic and hard working fitout/finishes foreman.

To be considered you will need previous experience on mid-sized commercial, health, or apartment projects in a similar role. You will have an incredibly keen attention to detail and you will be exceptionally organised. You will possess a high degree of technical knowledge and MUST come from a trade background.

You will be expected to perform the following tasks:

Assist with the scheduling and planning of work
On site Quality Assurance
Provide support to trades and labour & coordinate subcontractors
Oversee on site OH & S
Liaise with the senior site manager and other foreman
Attend and present at weekly site meetings

In return you will be rewarded with a salary starting at $140,000 - $180,000 depending on previous experience and an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level.
