About the Opportunity

In this new role as the Product & Offer Support Specialist (Food), you will be responsible for the seamless coordination and efficient management of activities within the system (Sysnet and Order & Pay).

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, facilitate menu changes, support hotel teams, and enhance overall operational agility.

You will play a vital role in optimising our food offerings, promotions, pricing, and range across all of our venues, nation-wide.


A day in the life of a Product & Offer Support Specialist (Food) at ALH

  • Coordinate and maintain offer management & data integrity:
  • Oversee and coordinate ongoing activities in the Point of Sale and Order & Pay systems
  • Facilitate offers, promotions, pricing, range, and menu changes
  • Ensure accurate product information, inventory management, and ranging in hotels
  • Support Hotel Teams and Operational Agility:
  • Build an end-to-end framework to support hotel teams in operating with agility.
  • Enable hotel teams to request changes efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance operational flexibility.
  • Manage Summer/Winter Menu Change Process:
  • Take ownership of the entire menu change process for summer and winter seasons.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Establish and Maintain Service Desk Reports:
  • Create and maintain reports in the service desk to monitor and improve SLAs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancements.
  • Manage Pricing Changes and Promotional Data Entry:
  • Oversee out-of-cycle pricing changes within our food offering.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for food promotions.
  • Facilitate Food Setup for New Acquisitions:
  • Manage the end-to-end setup of food offerings for all new acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including food procurement and bars, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and Drive Efficiencies:
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication with food procurement and bars teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support efficiency initiatives.
  • Share ideas, role model organisational values, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to deliver timely and effective communication with broader team and supplier networks.
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of Sysnet stock system and Hospitality Order & Pay system desirable
  • Hospitality or venue knowledge desirable
