About the Role
An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Operations Administrator.

The role will provide professional administration support to the National Operations Executives and Management in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.

Supporting the day-to-day running of the team, this new role will bring effective planning, organisation and coordination within a fast paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of call for the leadership team
  • Support meeting organisation, including agendas, papers and actions
  • Continuously improve on operational support processes
  • Lead event coordination including room / venue bookings, catering, invitations and attendance for the Operations leadership team
  • Update the website, Google, intranet and SharePoint to maintain accuracy with operations
  • Assist the teams to manage business plan initiatives and delivery

Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
  • Intermediate/advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
