I am partnering with a World Leading Water Engineering and Hydro-Geology manufacturer who provide tailored solutions to the Mining, Water and Waste Water sectors.

The Engineering team is looking to recruit a

Service Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day service and refurbishment management of their clients products to successfully return to the field.

As the Service Supervisor your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

Ownership of servicing projects from client brief, through to
engineering scope, full-strip, inspection, repair and site deployment
The Supervision and team management of 6 direct reports in the service center working on completing service projects in your portfolio
Engagement and correspondence with the Service Administrator, Sales, Procurement, Service Manager, Finance as well as clients and customers through the jobs full lifecycle
Task delegation of jobs throughout your team
You will review estimations and variations to the original contract and service scope
Maintain weekly reports to be able to communicate directly with the Service Manager

A little bit about you:

Experience Supervising workshop operations

years in a similar Service/Operations Supervisor role

Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP System
Previous experience with Pumping, Piping & Hydraulic equipment (preferred)
You will have a mechanical Trade/Engineering background ideally as a fitter, technician, electrician or engineering fabricator
