About the role:


The Marketing Manager will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost property visibility, attract clients, and enhance brand presence.

This position is pivotal in driving marketing efforts, brand positioning, and promotional activities tailored to the real estate market's unique needs.

The role involves leading a team to develop strategic marketing plans, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and analysing market trends to inform strategic decisions.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a marketing team, overseeing campaign execution across various channels.
  • Manage branding, ensuring consistent presentation across marketing materials.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts to increase online presence and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify target audiences.
  • Manage budgets, optimising resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective strategy implementation.
  • Analyse marketing performance, utilising metrics to guide future campaigns.
  • Ensure the marketing team's continuous development through training and resources

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within real estate or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated experience with TikTok and Facebook advertising, including creative strategy development and performance analysis.
  • Strong background in lead generation strategies, with a focus on converting audience engagement into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of market research practices and marketing strategy development.
  • Familiarity with content creation for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
