We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Sydney. Our client is one of the largest and most innovative solar module manufacturers in the world.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for capturing market opportunities, acquiring new customers, strengthening existing customer relationships, and managing existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support.

You will play a critical role in increasing revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Solar Industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, control credit terms, and ensure payments are received on time from customers.
  • Develop and implement action plans to reach quarterly and annual targets.
  • Support marketing activities and market communication.
  • Monitor competitor prices, activities, and strategies.
  • Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification Criteria:


  • Deep understanding of the Solar Industry and local PV market.
  • 35 years of successful B2B sales experience in international PV/Solar or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Selfmotivated, resultdriven approach, and detailoriented personality.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis domestically and overseas in short notice.
  • Proficient in English.
