Key Responsibilities:


  • Report on financial, operational, quality, and compliance KPIs to the Operations Team
  • Lead a team of 68 direct reports and indirectly influence up to 300
  • Provide unwavering support to Service Managers and Educators throughout Assessment & Rating processes
  • Embed essential operating processes for streamlined efficiency
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance reporting and proactive prevention strategies

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate proven leadership and multisite management experience within Early Education organizations
  • Possess extensive knowledge of long day care operations, including EYLF, National Quality Standard, assessment and rating procedures, budgeting, recruitment, marketing, and customer service
  • Thrive in ambiguity and change, showcasing a forwardthinking mindset
  • Bachelor or Diploma ECEC
