The Role

At Insignia Financial, we have grown rapidly through acquisitions and are now working to build an organisation to support integration and transformation initiatives across the business including Asset Management.

The Investment Services and Solutions team (IS&S) within Asset Management Services provides operational management and support to the Asset Management business units in the achievement of their investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, negotiate, and review with external fund managers to execute agreements (Eg. subscription agreements, side letters, transfer documents etc.)
Facilitate the transition of unlisted investments. This includes coordinating with key stakeholders to review legal documentation and seeking the relevant approvals/authorisations
Adhoc tasks as required

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Legal or a related discipline

The following skills, particularly in the asset management context:

Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
Negotiation of investment arrangements
Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing
High attention to detail
Proactive ownership & taking accountability
Good written and verbal communication skills
Effective stakeholder engagement and management
