Description

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department to recruit an Asset Manager contract to 28/06/2024 with possible extension based in the Brisbane CBD and working from home.

In this role you will:

Develop a range of strategic, tactical, operational documents such as Asset Lifecycle Plans, Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMPs) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs)
Provide expert advice, support and research on asset owner responsibilities for assets owned by the region.
Develop capital works programming for key asset groups.
Undertake asset risk and criticality assessments.
Identify and complete activities to achieve effective asset management outcomes.
Investigate relevant civil infrastructure issues and prepare briefings, ministerial replies, reports and other correspondence at a high level.
Monitor civil infrastructure issues, trends and policies at national, state and departmental levels, to provide quality advice to stakeholders.
Identify and developing asset management practices and improvements to integrate appropriate asset management processes into operations
Provide high level advice, research and analysis to ensure effective resolution of civil infrastructure issues.
Ensure civil infrastructure assets are managed to minimise risk and optimise asset utilisation.

You will have:

Strong investigative, analytical and research skills
Strategic and tactical thinking capability applied in asset management throughout asset lifecycle
An understanding of Asset Management leading practices, frameworks and relevant standards
Proven ability to plan and deliver a broad range of asset management services
