About the role at Lindfield Gardens:
- Full-time role working Monday-Friday 9-5pm. No weekend or night-time work
- For three days a week, you will be coordinating inclusive and exciting events for our residents You will also create a weekly calendar & schedule of activities to keep our village buzzing
- For the remaining two days, you will provide general administrative support including greeting residents, visitors and prospective residents during sales appointments. You will also help deal with resident & staff enquires and assist with updating all notices to the village
- You'll be a welcoming face to all new residents in the community by ensuring they are engaged and supported in their transition to our community.
- Complete general adhoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide support to the village in their absence
About you:
- Experience in an Administration or Receptionist position (highly desired)
- Possesses a high level of communication and organisation skills.
- Experience in a customerfacing environment (such as Aged Care, Retirement Villages, Tourism, Events, Receptionist/Admin or Hospitality)
- Minimum Three (3) COVID19 Vaccinations
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be required to obtain prior to commencement)
