What you will be doing:
Database Maintenance
- Maintain a database of trusted contractors, leasing & selling agents
Property Maintenance
- Provide property maintenance support for all of Unisson' properties
- Manage our internal ticketing system for maintenance requests
- Undertake routine property inspection to identify risks and anticipate future maintenance needs
- Liaise with external stake holders (contractors/consultants) to obtain quotes, schedule repairs and process invoices
Property Leasing
- Analyze rental rates and trends in a variety of markets including Sydney / Central Coast / Hunter regions. Stay up to date with latest changes in residential tenancy laws.
Property Acquisition, Systems and Processes
- Support the Property and Fleet Manager to develop and refine internal systems and processes
- Undertake property inspections
- Analyze property market trends within target markets
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate / Property Management
- 4+ years' experience in residential property management
- Excellent knowledge of property markets in Sydney / Central Coast / Hunter regions
About you
- Skilled communicator both orally and written
- Strong property management background
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite
Additional skills that would be advantageous:
- Prior experience in the Disability Sector
- An understanding of the NDIS and how funding is applied/accessed
