About the Role

What you will be doing:


Database Maintenance

  • Maintain a database of trusted contractors, leasing & selling agents

Property Maintenance

  • Provide property maintenance support for all of Unisson' properties
  • Manage our internal ticketing system for maintenance requests
  • Undertake routine property inspection to identify risks and anticipate future maintenance needs
  • Liaise with external stake holders (contractors/consultants) to obtain quotes, schedule repairs and process invoices

Property Leasing

  • Analyze rental rates and trends in a variety of markets including Sydney / Central Coast / Hunter regions. Stay up to date with latest changes in residential tenancy laws.

Property Acquisition, Systems and Processes

  • Support the Property and Fleet Manager to develop and refine internal systems and processes
  • Undertake property inspections
  • Analyze property market trends within target markets

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Real Estate / Property Management
  • 4+ years' experience in residential property management
  • Excellent knowledge of property markets in Sydney / Central Coast / Hunter regions

About you

  • Skilled communicator both orally and written
  • Strong property management background
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite

Additional skills that would be advantageous:

  • Prior experience in the Disability Sector
  • An understanding of the NDIS and how funding is applied/accessed
