Cyber Security & Risk Manager

Location:
South Sydney

Permanent

Salary:
$190,000 - $230,000

3 Days Office, 2 Days WFH

The Role


This is your opportunity to work for a well regarded faith based organisation to help uplift their Security & IT Risk functions.

The framework is in place but this is your opportunity to build on that.

A lot of the projects you would be working on would be greenfield, from tool selection to Security Strategy & Training.

You will be tasked with Managing a team, managing vendors & uplifting Security & Risk core capabilities & maturity.


Skills Required:


  • Previous Management or Team Leader experience in IT Security
  • An understanding & appreciation for IT Risk
  • Previous experience in managing external vendors
  • Previous experience in managing internal stakeholder relationships up to C level
  • Experience in managing teams through large transformation projects from end to end
  • Good understanding of ITIL & Risk frameworks surrounding this
  • A broad understanding across all areas of IT Security
  • Recent hands on experience in implementing Tooling & Controls
