POSITION OVERVIEW

The Power BI Analyst will be focused on contributing to the day-to-day administration of Power BI services for the ACT Government.

The Power BI Support Officer also works closely with end-users, such as data scientists, data modellers, data engineers, and other technology/research practitioners, to provide technical advice related to the deployment or remediation of data products deployed to the Power BI service.

The Power BI Support Officer is therefore required to effectively communicate and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisations we enable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support Power BI end users.
Communicate release and update of features to end users and other service stakeholders.
Document processes, procedures, and knowledge articles related to the Power BI service.
Manage user permission and grant access by business rules.
Diagnose, triage, and resolve Power BIrelated issues.
Actively participate in the maintenance and management of Power BI platform tenancies and environments.
Liaise with technical areas and project teams to collaboratively deliver outcomes.
