Formula for Success

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing - Coatings ANZ, you'll act as the local coordinator for global, regional, and local marketing activities by driving all product, brand, and strategic sourcing requirements for the Glasurit portfolio.

You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to monitor and record market changes and demands, collect and provide a full market analysis on competitive and customer data, and understand what these mean to the business.

You'll:

Maintain awareness of industry trends, technical developments and market intelligence to define the positioning of BASF products.
Deliver strategic and operational information to the Regional and Local Leadership Teams.
Develop and implement global strategy into local marketing plan.
Be responsible for all local branding and marketing communication, aligning messaging with strategic goals.
Perform monthly review of performance against budget and forecast.

Ingredients for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll have a strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources.

You'll be a natural communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders of various levels, providing meaningful insights and recommendations.

You'll:

Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
Be highly diligent with excellent attention to detail.
Have experience in pricing, segmentation, profitability analysis.
Automotive oriented background is a plus.
