The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Logistics Team Leader to join our energetic team in
Fairfield.

This position is required to lead and oversee a team of logistics floor and administration employees to ensure orders are dispatched and work is undertaken in a thorough and timely manner.

Role Highlights:

Supervision of warehouse staff
Manage the reporting of all receipts and dispatches for accounts
Construct and distribute daily reports
Manage daily cycle counts of high value stock
WMS administration
Liaise with internal DB staff and external Carrier customers
Filing of correspondence and sales orders

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Strong leadership skills
2+ years of experience in a Team Leader role within logistics or similar field
Excellent communication skills
Accurate and high attention to detail
Highly organised and capable of multitasking
Strong team management and leadership skills
Knowledge of WMS and other warehouse systems
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
