About this role:

This design-led studio has a focus on high-end quality design projects across the living sectors locally and internationally. Locally they are busy with mixed-use/multi-residential work and internationally working on several landmark public realm design schemes.

They are now looking for an experienced Graduate of Architecture/Architect to support the wider team in a Design Coordination role, interpreting client briefs and coordinating internally to prepare design presentation packages.

While there will be some opportunity to contribute to design work, the responsibility of this role will focus largely on bringing together the collective design response output for presentation back to client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the production of design concept packages and bring together in Indesign
Interpret client brief to ensure all objectives are being met by the internal design team.
Coordinate between the inhouse design leads and any external consultants integral to the design.
Support and Assist Project Design Directors in design stages
Use of presentation/rendering software, including Revit, Enscape or Lumion

Skills & Experience

Degree qualification in Architecture
Strong understanding of design processes
Experience in the design and delivery of multiresidential /mixeduse projects
Proficiency in Indesign, Photoshop, Revit and Enscape or Lumion
Strong communication skills and ability to understand a design brief and communicate with the wider design team
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
