YOUR ROLE


Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is vital to the successful running of our local operations and the delivery of service excellence to our clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly, leading the team on site in a safe and efficient manner, and ensuring compliance with all Bunzl policies and procedures.


Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead, monitor and ensure performance standards of the team
  • Coordinate the accurate picking and despatch of orders as required
  • Maintain a 'Safety First, Work Second' work culture
  • Engage in effective communication across all levels
  • Assist with stocktake process
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities


You will have exposure to all areas of the Warehousing and Logistics operations, the support and guidance from senior management and potential opportunity for career progression into a Warehouse Supervisor role down the track.

The essentials we are looking for are:

  • Valid Forklift Licence
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Extensive knowledge in storage and handling of dangerous and hazardous goods
  • Experience in order picking, and dispatching and receiving stock
  • Proven knowledge of warehouse processes
  • An ability to lead people and delegate tasks
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • A strong commitment to meeting customer expectations
