TEN Recruit are now recruiting an internal Blue Collar Recruiter for a leading multi-discipline contractor based 15 minutes north of the CBD.

This role would initially be on a temporary contract for 3 months with a view to move into a permanent position within the organisation.

What does your role look like?

Identifying top talent for these departments
Assist in providing guidance to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process.,
Communicate timely updates to Hiring Manager on the progress of their vacant position.

To be successful you'll ideally have the following experience:

Previous recruitment experience (Blue Collar)

Industry knowledge

SMP Construction, Earthworks, Trades etc
Excellent attention to detail and able to work unsupervised.
A team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Able to work full time 5 days per week.
