The AI and Advanced Analytics team, part of Customer Channels & Data organization in Business Bank is at the heart of enabling the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, deeper valuable relationships, increased scale and productivity, and profitable business outcomes.

Our mission is to deliver AI & Advanced analytics solutions with agility and innovation for accelerated impact and transformation across Business Bank.

Our key priorities:
(1) Differentiating the business customer experience towards NPS Increasing Customer Depth, Breadth and Value with personalized engagement (3) Increasing scale & productivity with AI led automation.

AI & Advanced Analytics EM position will play a crucial role to help deliver this strategy, working closely with Segments, Products, Channels, Technology & Risk towards embedding best in class, world leading data science / AI capabilities across the whole of Business Bank.

You will deliver significant step change in AI adoption and impact, at the same time ensuring adherence with our Responsible AI principles in scaling AI safely and securely.

We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

We also have many other flexible working options available, including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of our AI strategy, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth and customer value.
Create advocacy around the value of AI led transformation with business stakeholders & deliver and unlock potential opportunities for our customers.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and optimization across various business functions and channels.
Harness the power of AI and machine learning to unlock insights from data, drive predictive analytics, and enhance decisionmaking processes.
Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Lead, coach, and develop a high performing, engaged team, develop the next generation of AI leaders.

We are seeking people who have:

Proven track record of leadership in developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business impact.
Strong technical proficiency in AI algorithms, predictive modelling, and data analytics
Experience with advanced techniques: Generative AI, deep ML techniques, reinforcement learning, etc.
Discipline to leverage metrics and data to inform continuous improvement towards industry leading practices
Are problem solvers able to navigate complexity and facilitate constructive conflict resolution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Demonstrable experience with influencing and driving outcomes at scale with a proactive riskmindset.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
