About the Role

Are you dedicated to upholding safe and efficient facilities for our community? We are in search of a Facilities Management Officer to bolster our Building Services & Fleet Business Unit.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll ensure that our facilities remain well-maintained, operational, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections of council facilities.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair endeavours.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
Address inquiries and requests pertaining to facilities.
Assist in compiling reports and documentation.

Key Challenges:

Prioritising and overseeing facility maintenance tasks effectively.
Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.
Handling facilityrelated inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
