About the Role
Are you dedicated to upholding safe and efficient facilities for our community? We are in search of a Facilities Management Officer to bolster our Building Services & Fleet Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of council facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair endeavours.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Address inquiries and requests pertaining to facilities.
- Assist in compiling reports and documentation.
Key Challenges:
- Prioritising and overseeing facility maintenance tasks effectively.
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Handling facilityrelated inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
