We're looking for an experienced & dynamic Quality Assurance Analyst to help further manifest our product vision and ensure that our product development stays aligned to Helfie's end-goal of the 'democratisation of healthcare'

What You Will Do

• Ensure our products meet established standards that create a seamless experience for our users
• Develop quality assurance standards, processes, and quality measurements to track improvement in products
• Develop a workflow for product inspection
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities
• Ensure products meet customer expectations
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for resolution
• Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found and work with other teams to solve problems
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital Quality Assurance role
• Indepth understanding of industry quality assurance standards
• Meticulous attention to detail and a great customer focus
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• An ability to prioritise multiple tasks & competing agendas
• Being a great team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
• The ability to focus for hours at a time
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
