Reporting to the HR Leader the HR Advisor will hold a trusted position in this organisation.

You will provide end-to-end employee life cycle management and guidance in all areas of HR including:

Interpret and provide advice around Fair Work legislation, HR best practice and the EBA
Support with HR initiatives and projects within the business
Support leaders on all HR / ER matters
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process
Work closely with Directors and management to develop strategies for employment engagement and cyclical HR processes.
Facilitate the operation the HRIS system and HR reporting
Proactively collaborate with the business to minimise organisational risks through early intervention and identification, whilst providing effective solutions;
Build effective relationships within the business to ensure timely and suitable advice across the people function.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems in regard to WH&S and environmental issues
Work closely with the HR leader and senior management to ensure adequate resource planning is undertaken for upcoming projects.
