About the Role

Newly created fulltime, permanent role
Covering Sydney

- could also be based in Wollongong.

Fieldbased Medical Science Liaison position
New product launch in the Cardiometabolic space
Clinically focused role working with and developing KOLs
Provide a reliable, trusted source of unbiased, accurate, uptodate medical and scientific knowledge.
Working closely with cross functional team sales, marketing & medical
Requires strong scientific knowledge and commercial understanding
Drive projects from concept to execution
Conduct medical review of promotional materials
Act as an internal expert to support staff training

The Successful Applicant

Successful completion of relevant science based tertiary qualifications

- post grad ie. Masters (minimum) or PhD required

Relevant industry (medical/scientific/HSR) experience in the Cardiometabolic or Endocrinologist area essential.
New product launch experience highly regarded
Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate large amounts of complex scientific content
Selfdirected and able to work alone in the field, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship building and networking.
Advanced presentation and computer skills with expertise in literature identification.
Strong communication skills
