I am looking for an experienced Asset Management Specialist for my Telco client in Melbourne to take up a 12-month contract with a view of extension.


Your day at NTT

  • Contributes to and influences crossfunctional teams, focused on successful delivery of specific initiatives and outcomes
  • Establishes effective communication channels to encourage collaboration and new ideas
  • Promotes crossfunctional integration through collaboration with other teams
  • Actively participates in the development and direction of the Infrastructure Management & Operations team
  • Inspect new builds, installations and decommissioning of all hardware of test environments in order to keep the inventory data up to date
  • Execute regular physical audits of installed equipment via visual inspection and checks against inventory and systems
  • Oversees and manages the technical support engagement with vendors to resolve test equipment defect.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • 5 + years relevant Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory/Asset Management operational experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Electronics, Utilities or Relevant Industry
  • Project Management experience and/or relevant accreditation
  • Continuous Improvement and Structured Problem Solving (LEAN, Six Sigma, Quality, Minto Principle)
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques
  • Reporting systems experience (Tableau or other BI)
  • ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)
  • Advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PP etc)
  • Business process analysis and development skills
