The Role & Duties

Reporting into the General Manager, Australia and New Zealand, the Business Development Representative is critical to the success of our client's customer base and growth.

No two days will be the same as you:


  • Actively source and recruit customers through various channels including online, in person, trade shows and referrals.
  • Actively source and recruit Supplier through various channels including online, in person, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various Associations and Bodies in the sector to increase software platform adoption.
  • Communicate the Value Proposition of the products to potential customers and provide demonstrations as required.
  • Work with our sales support team to develop marketing strategies to improve our software platform's online presence and generate more sales leads.
  • Attend tradeshows and industry events to provide our software platform and build our brand.

About you

  • Enthusiastic & energetic individual with a high work rate and excellent interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years' experience in an interactive sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet KPIs.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
