  • September 06, :00Our client is seeking a temporary staff member to assist in providing administrative support to their Finance team within a local government organization.
As the Finance Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Data entry of Accounts Payable invoicing and its associated processes- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements- Maintain the Creditor Masterfiles- Process Purchasing Card information- Conduct weekly supplier payment runs- Administrate Accounts Payable and Online Requisition Tasks in alignment with the HR systems- Data entry of Payroll information Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks- Well-developed written and oral communication skills- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
