Your new role
Our Office of Strategy and Planning Team is seeking a Market Analyst (Data Analyst) with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex business problems.
This includes:
- Undertake market reviews and scans to understand customer behaviour, inform pricing and targeting decisions, and influence new product development.
- Analyse, interpret and model datasets to support market reviews and strategic planning activities.
- Support strategic planning activities across the University.
- Undertake strategic projects and collaborate on crossfunctional projects.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to facilitate improved service delivery and customer experience.
About you
- A degree in commerce, business, or a quantitative discipline with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse large datasets as well as a strong attention to detail.
- Global mindset that enjoys identifying innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills to deliver insights and recommendations tailored to the audience.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work on varied projects.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
