The Company


Morgan McKinley is working with a global leader in the engineering space who are delivering on a range of exciting new strategy and transformation initiatives.


The Role


Working as part of the newly formed transformation team you will lead all the change activities across a portfolio of projects in the productivity, optimisation and operating model space.

Working in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders, you'll develop and support them, in executing change and communication plans.

Additionally you will partner with the communications team to ensure messaging and channels are aligned with the business across the strategic initiatives.


About You
You will have a minimum of 5 years Change Management experience, preferably in the construction industry or management consultancy. Bachelors degree and certifications in Change Management will be highly regarded.


You will have a growth mindset, fantastic stakeholder engagement skills (from front line to senior executives) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
