Description

Ensure the reliability and availability of all production-related mechanical equipment to allow delivery of the manufacturing schedule across our client's brand new site in Dandenong South.


Responsibilities:


  • Machine setting and preparation for production
  • Oversee and deliver efficient and safe tool changes across production
  • Mechanical trouble shooting for all productionrelated mechanical equipment
  • Document and deliver the preventative maintenance program for all productionrelated equipment maintenance requirements
  • Faultfinding and resolution of mechanical issues across the production environment
  • Organise and maintain spares, tools, parts and mechanical workshop workspaces and resources to ensure safe work practices, good inventory management and efficient service delivery
This role is set to either be afternoon shift, or rotating from days to afternoons.


About You:


  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Maintenance Fitter role
  • Experienced with CMMS systems ideally MEX
  • Can work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Values safe work practices
  • Continuous Improvementdriven
  • Previous food/beverage manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
