We are looking for an Accounts Payable super star to join our Finance Team based in Melbourne CBD
Good Group Hospitality is an established and expanding hospitality business with venues located in both Australia and New Zealand.


We have been in operation for over 20 years and pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit each year.

About the Role:


The position requires an Accounts Payable Officer who can effectively prioritise their workload across a number of different tasks which include; processing invoices in a timely manner, account reconciliation, matching payments and employee expense claims.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure creditor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner and are paid according to payment terms
  • Create and maintain new vendor files
  • Reconcile vendor statements and process payments
  • Internally follow up outstanding Purchase Orders
  • Reconcile direct debit payments

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years AP experience, preferably in a highvolume environment
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • SAP preferred but no essential
  • MS Office proficient


We are looking for a reliable team player with the desire to learn and develop their knowledge in accounting and finance.
