ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role of the Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality reception and administrative support to the Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
You will provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of the Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
This role requires the flexibility to support both Community Services and Acute Adult Inpatient Unit at various sites across Wyndham and Footscray.
This is a permanent part time position with a rotating roster.ABOUT YOU:
- Demonstrated administrative and MS Office skills, iPM, CMi, and Mastercare desirable
- Strong customer service focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
- Proven problem solving, ability to work autonomously, time management skills and multitasking abilities

Mercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (South West Area Mental Health Service) is a public mental health service supporting people in south west metropolitan Melbourne with severe and complex mental illnesses by providing acute and community-based care.
