Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to support BallyCara Chefs in the preparation of food for residents including helping to maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen.

This is a wonderful opportunity to not only prepare a nutritious meal but also to have the opportunity to see the happy faces of our Residents when you serve them your well-prepared meals.

We also run a food delivery service for our independent living residents in our Village of Friends.

You will have the opportunity to drive around the Village to deliver meals, all you need is a current driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Food preparation
Kitchen operations
Ensure strict hygiene standards are maintained
Help maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen

Skills and Experiences:

Knowledge of food handling and preparation
Ability to carry out tasks with limited supervision
Participate as a team member and establish effective working relationships
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities and follow directions
Experience in a similar position is highly desirable
Current C Class driver's license
