    Our self-employed model with uncapped earnings

    We provide pre-qualified leads predominantly with EOI's already in place, whilst still encouraging the flexibility to work with your self-introduced clients. We are looking for a go getter; someone hungry and keen to grow their loan book while working for one of the best companies in the industry

    Our 'self-employed' model enables you to achieve uncapped earnings and an ability to diversify your business. You will be working in a supportive team environment and with other driven team members who are settling $3 million + per month.

    We consist of a specialised team nationally that assist clients from First Home Buyers to Savvy Investors.

    We specialise in investment finance, refinances, purchases, construction, SMSF, and everything in between within the residential market and we support all clients in the property purchase and investment space from start to finish.

    We have a multi-national client base, access to over 10,000 new properties nationally, and work with a panel of over 35 suppliers.

    Due to the expansion of our company, we are seeking highly motivated and driven Mortgage Brokers to join our growing team; This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning elite finance and property group.

    To be successful in joining our high performing team, you will need to demonstrate:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a mortgage broker with strong technical skills and product knowledge
    • Impeccable approach to client services
    • Minimum - Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred or ability to obtain
    • FBAA or MFAA membership
    • Ability to undergo a CV check through our Aggregator (nMB – National Mortgage Brokers) and all other industry relevant checks and certifications
    • Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed the client's expectations and business performance requirements.
    • Be an excellent communicator
    • Experience with BrokerEngine is highly regarded
    • Availability to service clients during evenings and weekends is a must
    • Hold an ABN or ability to obtain one
    • Pass a reference check
