    We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our Southern Region Construction Team. The successful candidate will provide key support to the team at Melbourne Airport, in the delivery of the Taxiway Zulu and Northern Access Route Project. This project involves the reconfiguration of existing taxiways and apron layout, while creating access for current and future works of the project.

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to accounts payable tasks, maintenance of site plant registers and safety registers, procurement tasks including purchase orders and job cost coding as well as daily collection, checking and processing of supplier and subcontractor dockets and invoices.

    Previous experience in a similar site-based position as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills, will set you up for success. A proven ability to develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork on the project, advanced communication skills and an ability to quickly build rapport with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders will hold you in good stead.
