About the role
As a HR Coordinator based at our Beenleigh office you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team's day-to-day operations.
From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and providing general HR support, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our firm whilst developing your HR skills and knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to:
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, HRIS (ELMO) updates, and compliance reports
Provide HR assistance and guidance to employees, managers and partners in areas such as HR policies and procedures, benefits, training and performance
Assist the HR Manager with performance management procedures and adhoc requests
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide administration support including generating employment contracts and other staff related documentation
- Assist the HR Manager with Client Consulting work as needed
To succeed as a HR Coordinator at Moore Australia, you will be:
Someone who has 2-3 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Administration position
Tertiary qualified in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
Someone from a recruitment background wanting to grow their HR generalist experience
Experienced using ELMO, HRIS system (preferred but not essential)
Proficient with Microsoft Office's suite of products
- Capable of building positive relationships and working as part of a team
Highly organised and a natural planner
An excellent communicator, both verbal and in writing
- Confidential with sensitive information
- Able to juggle multiple tasks, projects, requests and prioritise
