What is a typical day as a Guest Relations Manager?

  • Arrive and start the day with the collaborative and supportive team at the lively 100 James Street
  • Proudly and professionally wearing the DoubleTree brand of friendly and helpful service with your own flair and personality
  • Meet, greet, and direct all of our valued VIP and longstay guests with the highest customer service
  • Acting as main pointofcontact for these guests and ensuring hotel is prepared to offer appropriate services
  • Briefing relevant hotel departments on requirements
  • Following procedures and ensuring attentiontodetail for all data processing
  • Fulfil comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences
  • Responding promptly to all guest queries and special requests, offering unique solutions
  • Knowing the hotel's facilities and services, going the extra mile
  • Remaining calm and alert, being helpful to all guests and team members
  • Seeking frequent feedback from guests
  • Work with the team and capitalize on the opportunity to thrive with the Hilton family
  • Communicating thoroughly and compassionately, ensuring we work as a supportive team and providing a united front for our guests
  • Operating safely for the best interests of all parties, making smart choices and remaining diligent in our service
