Job description
Responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving financial budgets, as well as maintaining the high-quality presentation and control-specifically but not limited to deli lines.
- Leading, coaching and developing your team.
- Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
- Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Rostering staff and cost control, including wages Receiving all orders from the loading area and monitoring stock, including wastage, shrinkage and quality control
- Professionally arrange and replenish stock on display ensuring stock is rotated and kept fresh,
- Maintaining excellent store presentation.
- Assisting with customer enquiries ensuring a high level of profesionalism is always observed.
- Assisting in all policy and procedures building monitoring and finetuning.
