Design learning programs and services for the Home Claims Strategy

12month contract opportunity
Any location

You will design high quality learning programs and services that compliment and contribute to Home Claim's strategy.

The role will work with key stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors/partners to design, develop, and maintain learning solutions and provide best practice advice on learning solutions to raise the quality of learning and workforce capability across Home Claims.

This is a 12-month contract role.

What you'll do

Leveraging Suncorp's existing learning technology, provide learning pathways for our people to build and expand on their capabilities to deliver our strategy now and into the future.
Work in partnership with the technical experts across Insurance to design effective, efficient, and innovative digital learning experiences for our people.
Use agreed Suncorp learning methodologies, approaches, tools, and resources when designing learning solutions.
Prepare learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of final materials.
Understands how to contribute to team, business and group priorities and drives priorities with a sense of purpose.
Collaborates across and within teams and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer's needs, placing the customer at the heart of decisionmaking processes.

What you'll bring

Experience in developing learning & capability offerings
Capability in the effective use of digital learning platforms and authoring tools
Knowledge and experience of digital learning tools and platforms
Knowledge and experience in traditional/instructional learning design
