As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in elevating this firm's brand and connecting with their target audience.


Position Overview:


As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the firm by implementing creative marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our firm's social media presence by creating and scheduling content, tracking engagement, and monitoring trends.

Digital Marketing: Assist in creating and optimizing online marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.

Client Communication: Develop and distribute client newsletters, announcements, and updates.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing firm events, seminars, webinars, and workshops.

Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.

Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Graphic Design: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing collateral.

Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and expenses.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing, especially in professional services or financial sectors, is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Knowledge of accounting or financial services is a plus but not required.
