What You Will Be Doing


We currently have an opportunity for a community service or healthcare professional to join our Community Health team on casual basis.

Our ACCESS Workers contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of an integrated intake and referral service that provides a single point of entry to a suite of Peninsula Health community and centre based services, matching the most appropriate service to the identified needs of the consumer.

Our ACCESS Workers also provide information and assistance to referrers and community enquiries.


What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in the health, welfare or community service sector
  • Advanced interviewing and engagement skills
  • Sound knowledge of relevant health and community services
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Additional Requirements
